Hotel Green City

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Green City and I must say that my experience left a lot to be desired. While the initial impression seemed promising, several aspects of my stay were disappointing, ranging from room cleanliness to room service and even the behavior of the receptionists. Upon checking in, I was greeted with a courteous smile by the reception staff. However, as my stay progressed, I noticed a lack of genuine interest in addressing my concerns. The receptionists seemed indifferent and often appeared too preoccupied to provide the level of assistance one would expect from a hospitality establishment. The cleanliness of the room was also an area of concern. While the room appeared tidy at first glance, closer inspection revealed dust accumulation in corners, and the bathroom lacked the pristine cleanliness that is essential for guest comfort. I found myself questioning the thoroughness of the housekeeping team. Room service was another disappointment. The menu offered a variety of options, but the execution fell short of expectations. Orders arrived later than promised, and on more than one occasion, the food was either cold or inaccurately prepared. This significantly affected my overall experience, as dining in the comfort of my room was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. In all honesty, I believe that the potential for a great stay exists within Hotel Green City However, improvements are urgently needed in various areas. From better training for reception staff to meticulous room cleaning protocols and efficient room service procedures, there's ample room for enhancement. It's disheartening to leave a review like this, especially when I had hoped for a memorable stay. I sincerely hope that Hotel Green City takes these criticisms constructively and works towards providing a more positive experience for future guests. Service Staffs of this hotel are thief (Chor). They stolen my two shirts which I forgot in the Hotel. When I checked the CCTV camera, they hide the shirts in the bedsheet. And manager said we don't have CCTV in the room where they put the bedsheets. When I asked to the both staff, they see eachother faces. First Time I experienced such type of behaviour in the Hotel.

Check in was ok but check out was bad. We had 4 rooms for almost 4 days and asking for a 2 hours extra for keeping our luggage IN 1 ROOM also they didn’t allow. I literally had to wait outside. They didn’t even bother. I’ve bn travelling for years and I have stayed in more than 100 hotels. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Parking is available. You have to take lift to get to the reception. Rooms are quite ok. Swiggy is also available Room service was ok but the receptionist was not so friendly. Location is cool and calm. U have dmart just aside. Please Note:- As I always say, I give my reviews honestly, according to my personal experience and I’m not influenced by any means. Others might have a different experience. With Group of friends were on a business trip to Gandhinagar we came for trade show in Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre which is hardly 4 K.M. (10 minutes) away & autorickshaws are easily available from outside hotel our stay was comfortable rooms are spacious neat and clean staff was well mannered & caring will visit again and recommend to others
